What’s Changed?

We’ve enhanced the template import experience with Smart Auto-Fill detection, making it faster and easier to migrate templates from Jira Server/Data Center to Cloud.

When importing templates, the app now intelligently detects and auto-maps template fields—including custom fields, components, versions, users, and priorities—using smart matching logic. After completing the first template, the system can automatically apply the same selections to remaining templates, reducing manual work and import time.

Migrating from Server/Data Center? You can now bring all your Scopes to Cloud in just a few clicks -- no need to recreate them one by one.

What’s New?

One-click Scope import -- Export your Scopes as a .json file from Server, upload it to Cloud, and the app handles the rest
Intelligent auto-mapping -- Projects, issue types, groups, and owners are automatically matched to their Cloud equivalents
Background processing -- Import runs behind the scenes so you can keep working without interruption
Duplicate detection -- Already have that scope? It gets skipped automatically
Fallback owner support -- Choose a default owner for any users that can't be matched in Cloud
