• Added ability to temporarily exclude Nodes from Hierarchy before applying.

Bugs Fixed:

• The Hierarchy is applied from the left navigation panel after selecting the 'Apply Hierarchy' option

• The node order is changed in the Hierarchy details on the 'Manage Hierarchies' page after the 'Move Node' action was performed
