Release notes:

NEW Hierarchies has a new high-performance view when High-performance storage is enabled. It adds sorting, Last used and Usages filters, and Import hierarchy. Manage Checklists and Manage Variables now load from High-performance storage too, and the move to it runs in the background.

NEW Deleted hierarchies now go to the trash, the same way templates do, and you can restore them without renaming them. Templates and hierarchies can also set External Data for Jira Fields values now.

IMPROVED The Statistics page loads much faster and shows long lists 25 items at a time.

IMPROVED The Permissions and History pages now follow Atlassian UI patterns and your Jira theme.

FIXED Statistics: rows no longer show "Unknown owner", link template owner counts are correct, and errors now appear instead of the page loading forever.

FIXED History: typing in the search box no longer crashes the page, Subtask Templates names now appear, and dialogs now use your chosen language.
