What’s changed?

You can now search and link parent issues across all projects you have access to—not just within a single project. This makes it simpler to connect distributed work, improves traceability, and eliminates the need for constant context-switching, all while respecting your existing permissions.

With this update, hierarchies now support cross-project parents:

• Epics as parents: An Epic in one project can serve as the parent for Stories, Tasks, or Bugs in other projects.

• Advanced Roadmaps support: For teams using Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio for Jira), higher-level parent types like Initiatives can also be used across projects.
