New Features:

Trash for the Templates and Hierarchies

Now the deleted Templates and Hierarchies are moved to the Trash first. So you can restore them in 30 days or delete them permanently from the Jira Instance.

Hierarchy Apply History

Track the status of the Jira Issues created from the Hierarchy on the Manage Hierarchies page. Now on the History tab in the Hierarchy Details, each Hierarchy Apply Record will be shown with the Date, Time, Node details, Issue progress, Last Activity time, and Issue Key.

Template Folders

If you're looking for an easy way to find the Template you need, Template Folders is the feature for you! Create your folders and quickly and easily find the Template you need without searching through a long list of Templates.

Deep Hierarchy-Template integration

Create Hierarchy Nodes from Templates and create Templates from the Hierarchy Nodes with the new Deep Integration Feature. Available for these fields: Summary, Description, Labels, Fix versions, Components, Assignee, Reporter, and Priority.

Bugs Fixed:

• The System Variable is not changed to its default value in the third-level Sub-task Issue after applying the Hierarchy.

• The Hierarchy Nodes are not shown, and the 'Resolver calls are rate limited at 20rec/2s' error is displayed in the console after the 'Manage Hierarchies' page is opened.

• The first Hierarchy from the list is opened after a new folder is selected
