Jira compatibility: 11.0.0 to 11.3.12. The equivalent release for Jira 10 and earlier is 3.1.8, which carries the same changes.

Release notes:

IMPROVED The Create issue dialog no longer waits around 10 seconds for the default template. On affected sites the request took a consistent 8 to 11 seconds and now returns immediately.

FIXED Filters on a hierarchy are kept after you edit it, instead of resetting every time.

FIXED The group and user pickers on the Permissions page load their options again, so permissions can be set. Both pickers are also wider.

FIXED The template creation screen shows the scope you selected instead of always showing Global.

FIXED Hierarchies with stories under an epic now validate correctly on sites where the Jira Software epic lookup is unavailable, for example after a migration. Epics were being treated as tasks.

FIXED Deleting a user no longer corrupts the text of hierarchies that referenced them.

FIXED The Automatic and Unassigned assignee labels are now translated.

FIXED German characters display correctly in hierarchy validation labels.
