IMPROVED Multi-value custom fields now populate correctly in templates migrated through the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant.
IMPROVED Template migration carries custom fields, and a migration that finds nothing to export completes cleanly instead of failing.
IMPROVED Migration exports are tracked, and the target environment is configurable, which makes it easier to tell what a given migration run actually sent.
NEW A Sync owners button resolves stale user references. If someone changes their username or email, hierarchies and templates they own no longer fail with "User with username ... does not exist" when copied or edited.
FIXED Deleting an issue in a very large project no longer exhausts the Jira heap. The handler that runs on issue deletion was loading every issue in the project into memory, which could take a site down on projects with hundreds of thousands of issues.
