Scopes
Scope is an easy way to restrict your Template's visibility to certain projects and issue types and then reuse it for other Templates.
Anyone can create his own Scope which would be available to other users.
Starting with SIT Version 1.11.8 only admin users can see all the scopes - the others will be able to see only scopes they belong to (by the ‘Groups’ restriction) or they created.
Starting from the 1.12.0 SIT version and above scopes can have multiple owners selected. Add the user into the Owners field (you should have the Browse Users Jira permission)
By default, there is a GLOBAL scope, which is used to make Templates available for all the projects and issue types combination.
