You can set the scope for one or multiple templates from one place.
To do this you should go to the Manage Scopes page and click the Set button of the appropriate scope.
You can see this button if the Edit Template permission is granted.
After selecting one or more templates you should click the Set button of the Set <scope name> Scope dialog and then confirm it by pressing the Confirm button.
