Release Notes 1.6.0

With the release of the 1.6.0 version of the Smart Issues Templates, we introduce several new Hierarchy features which will increase the overall flexibility of the application and make the user experience more pleasant.

What’s new?

Exclude Hierarchy Nodes NEW

As the name states, this feature will let our users disable nodes from the Hierarchy before applying.

To exclude Nodes, a User has to select Nodes they want to exclude with a checkbox in the very last column of the table. This action will temporarily exclude nodes from your Hierarchy and you will be able to apply this state.

Copy Hierarchy Nodes NEW

This feature will let our users copy content from one Hierarchy to the new one.

To Copy a Hierarchy a User has to select a Hierarchy they want to copy and click the “Copy” button which is located in the upper left corner of the application screen. In addition to all of the above, you can exclude all of the nodes you don’t want to have in the new Hierarchy with the help of the “Exclude Nodes” feature.

Scheduler NEW

We add a scheduler so that our users can automate the routine issue creation. For instance, the creation of Jira Issues for daily standup meetings takes a lot of time that the team manager could allocate to something more important. The scheduler allows that.

Here, the user will have to specify the name of the scheduler, choose the Hierarchy they want the Scheduler to be applied to, select the date and time when the Scheduler will start its processes, and decided where they want this Scheduler to perform only once or keep working on the described schedule.

Bug Fixes:

  1. Fixed an issue where wrong issue types were created in the Sub-Task Node dialog.
