Unveiling a tailored space for managers and team leads, this new dashboard centralizes control and offers an overview of team members' leave days. Get ready to optimize the way you manage time-off!

🔍 Quick Feature Rundown:

🎯 Global & Individual Starting Dates: Initiate countdowns for accumulating vacation days for everyone or selected members.

🎯 Set & Personalize Vacation Days: Assign fixed or custom vacation days annually.

🎯 Unused Days Tracker: Monitor rollover days or adjust year-end calculations.

Easy Setup Steps: For Global Settings:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Manager Dashboard Settings’.

  2. Specify annual vacation days in 'Set global vacation days per year' and click ‘Set’.

  3. Choose a past date in 'Set global starting date' and confirm.

For Specific Users:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Manager dashboard’.

  2. Click ‘Edit users’ and choose the desired members.

  3. Set specific starting dates and vacation days.

  4. To track unused days, hit ‘More’ > select users > add values. Alternatively, do it individually by clicking ‘More’ beside each user's name.

Once set up, team members can create requests, viewing their available days in the ‘Create Request’ dialog. If days are insufficient, requests can't be made.

The onboarding process for the Smart Time-off is designed to guide new users through the functionalities and features of the time-off management system.

(info) Product Tour for all pages for the Smart Time-off

The Product Tour serves as an in-depth, interactive journey throughout the entirety of the Smart Time-off system. Tailored to acquaint both new and returning users with every page, this feature ensures that users can extract maximum value from the system effortlessly.

The Product Tour can be launched from the ‘Lean More’ menu - Repeat Product tour.

(info) Added ‘Learn More’ button

To streamline user navigation and make the interface more intuitive, we've introduced the "Learn More" button. This button is a central hub, which has effectively replaced multiple previously separate pages and buttons.

Once clicked, the "Learn More" button can showcase a dropdown or a pop-up menu (depending on the design) that lists all the features that it has replaced. This can include:

  • Documentation: Direct users to the comprehensive guide and details about the product.

  • Release Notes: Stay updated with the latest features, bug fixes, and changes.

  • Visit Our Website: Shortcut to the company or product website for more information.

  • Rate the Smart Time-off: Give feedback on this specific feature.

  • Follow Our Blog: Engage with the latest news, updates, and articles.

  • Report a Problem: A quick way for users to notify about any issues or problems they face.

  • Our Apps: Showcasing other applications or products the company offers.

  • Start Onboarding: Ideal for new users to kick-start their journey.

  • Repeat Product Tour: For users who wish to refresh their memory about the product's functionalities.


Bugs Fixed:

  • Sorting by the 'Created' column is not working on the 'My Time-off' page

  • The previous dates are enabled for request in the ‘Create Request’ dialog on the ‘My Time-off' page while creating a new request

  • The user icon is not changed on the Calendar after the user has changed the profile avatar

  • The E-mail notification is not sent if the issue, which was selected in the Issue link dropdown field, was deleted

  • The ‘Time-off types’ are adjusted to the dividing strip on the ‘Settings’ page

  • The list with users is cut in the ‘Edit user(s)’ dialog on the 'Managers dashboard' page

  • The ‘Edits users’ dialog is not cleared on the ‘Managers dashboard’ page after saving the changes

  • The ‘Select requesters’ field is empty in the ‘Create Request dialog on the ‘My Time-off’ page if the checkbox 'For current user’ is enabled

  • The user icon is not shown in the ‘Select user’ field on the ‘Edit user(s)’

  • The word ‘when’ duplicates in the ‘Create Report’ dialog on the ‘Manage Time-off’ page

  • The 'My Time-off' page/ 'Manage Time-off' page has infinite loading

  • The ‘Repeat ProductTour' option does not work on the 'Manage Time-off’ page after clicking on the 'Repeat ProductTour' button from the 'Learn more' section
