New features

• Added bulk edit for Templates that allows setting scope (Documentation)

• Added specify error message if any user or group was not selected on the ‘Permission’ dialog.

• The frames of the dropdowns are highlighted red on the 'Permission' dialogs if the data is not entered.
  

Bug fixes:

• The cross images are located in the middle of the rectangle in the 'Alternative Projects' field on the 'Create Hierarchy' page.

• The newly created scope is shown on the 'Manage Scopes' page automatically after creating it.

• The ‘Duplicate' button is enabled after the node is excluded on the 'Hierarchy View’ page.

• The ‘Apply’ button is not clickable in the ‘Apply Hierarchy’ dialog if the current user is not the hierarchy owner.

• The error message is shown in the node row on the 'Hierarchy View' page if the selected project does not support the following issue type.

• The error message is shown on the ‘Create Hierarchy’ page when the selected project does not support the issue type used in the sample hierarchy.

• The 'Variables' and 'Nodes' section names are placed on the 'Edit Hierarchy' page as displayed on the 'Create Hierarchy' page.

• The validation message was added to the ‘Name’ field of the ‘Create Tag' dialog when entered characters are less than three.

• The ‘Save’ word is displayed on the ‘Save’ button on the ‘Create Template’ dialog after hovering the mouse over the `Save` button. The ‘Update' word is displayed on the ‘Update’ button on the ‘Edit Template’ dialog after hovering the mouse over the `Update’ button.

• The hierarchy is applied on the `Apply Hierarchy` dialog after the node excluding.

• The 'Can apply' radio button is placed in one row together with the filters on the 'Manage Templates' page.

• The ‘Edit Scope’ link is not shown under the ‘Scope’ selector on the 'Create Template' dialog if the user does not have permission to edit the selected scope.
