Why does this happen?

Ensure Correct Field Context for Jira Issues

Before applying a template, ensure the fields you're modifying are correctly attached to the context of the Jira issue you're working with. Modifications may only succeed when the selected fields are available and properly configured in the issue's context.

✅ Supported Fields for UI Modifications

The fields listed below are fully supported for use with the SITC app and Jira’s UI Modifications API. These fields can be modified using templates, and they ensure that your modifications will function as expected.

Fields Not Supported

While we continue to expand support, not all fields are currently available for UI modifications. Fields that are not supported will result in errors when applying a template.
