Bug Fixes:

• The notifications to show the hierarchy errors or problems on the Manage Hierarchies page related to the hierarchy or to the hierarchy’s node were added

• The ‘Apply' button is active on the 'Node’ dialog if the 'Unassigned' item was selected in the 'Assignee' field

• The Scheduler works properly if the ‘USER’ variable type is used in the 'Reporter' field on the 'Node' dialog of Hierarchy
