New features

• Added specify information message if the user tries to select a template for an existing issue.

Bug fixes:

• The 'Duplicate' button is disabled on the 'Hierarchy View' page if the project does not support the following issue type.

• The 'Please confirm that you wish to delete this Scheduler. This cannot be undone' message is shown on the 'Delete Scheduler' dialog.

• The hierarchy with the system variables is applied, the variables are changed to the appropriate values. 

•  The 'Add Child' button is active in the copy node row on the 'Create Hierarchy' page.

• The project is not changed on the 'Manage Hierarchies' page after clicking the 'Cancel' button in the 'Change project' dialog.

• The required 'Owner' field is marked with the asterisk on the 'Confirmation' dialog after clicking the copy image on the 'Manage Templates' page.
