Bugs Fixed:

The data is not deleted from the 'Comment' field of the 'Smart Comments Templates' section in the right sidebar after selecting the value in the 'Available for group' field

The empty 'Confirmation' dialog is not shown in the 'Manage Smart Comments' tab after the template with only system variables was applied

The comments are saved on the Smart Comments tab in the ‘Add a comment' dialog, if the numbered or marked list is selected, without adding plain text.

The Comment Template is created on the Smart Comments tab at the ‘Create Template’ dialog, if the numbered or marked list is selected, without adding plain text.
